Women’s Bible study

On break for the summer…but plan to join us in the fall!

Alternating Thursdays at 9:30 am at Denny’s (Northway Exit 15, Wilton).

A Group of Inquiring Minds and Encouraging Hearts!

Women of all ages are invited to join us as we dig deeper into God’s Word and discover how to better relate it to our daily lives. We begin our gathering at 9:30 am with breakfast (or just a cup of coffee) and Christian friendship and move into a time of Bible study and discussion.

There is no need to RSVP, just come along and be a part of the fun—be sure to bring a friend!

The Heart of Jesus: Women in the Gospel of Luke

This study will help you connect your personal experiences with scripture–particularly Luke’s Gospel—to deepen your understanding of how God works in all aspects of your life.

Elizabeth, Mary, Anna and Simon’s Mother-in-Law, The Widow and her Son, The Sinful Woman, Mary Magdalene, Joanna and Susanna, Martha and Mary, The Poor Widow, The Women who mourned Jesus’ Death, and The Women Who Rejoiced in Jesus’ Resurrection are just some of the amazing women that we will encounter in this study and they are wonderful examples of how Jesus embraced and encouraged women throughout his ministry…and how we can be encouraged in our lives today.
