In accordance with the Saratoga Springs City School District, the age requirements are as follows:
Preschool children must be 3 years of age by December 1. All children must be toilet trained.
Extended Day Program children must be 3 before entering and children must be toilet trained.
Toddler program children must be 18-36 months old. Toddlers need not be toilet trained.

Personal interviews with the parents/guardians and the child are required. Child's health history, copy of immunizations
records and record of recent physical examination must be submitted. Positive proof of birth date in the form of a Birth
or Baptismal Certificate is required. The registration fee of $25.00 at the time of first enrollment is non-refundable.
At the time of registration, a deposit of one month's tuition is also required. This is applied for tuition for the
following June. Please label any correspondence for the school "Attn: C.C.C."

Tuition is payable on the first day of each month and is the same each month regardless of school vacation. After the 5th of the month, there is a $1.00 late fee for each day late. You are responsible to have tuition on time. Parents/guardians of Extended Day chilren may pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. ANY CHILD WHOSE TUITION IS NOT PAID BY THE FOLLOWING MONTH WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE CLASS UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. Please make checks payable to "St. Paul's Christian Childhood Center." Tuition schedule is as follows:

No tuition credits of refunds will be made for days missed at school. If a child is removed from school, no refund
will be given. Extended Day and Toddler Program children are given 2 weeks vacation each calendar year.

Because safety is a primary concern at St. Paul's C.C.C., access to the classroom wings is restricted by a code lock and sign-in procedure.
If your child must be picked up by someone who does not have the access code, the teacher MUST
be notified IN ADVANCE.

Must be provided by the parent/guardian. A child will not be released to anyone other than the parent/guardian unless
the school has been notified in writing. An adult must accompany the child into the building and into the care of the
teacher. After morning sessions, the Christian Childhood Center closes at 11:45 am. The Extended Day and Toddler
programs close at 6:00 pm. In an emergency, please contact a staff person for arrangements to be made for the care of
your child.

It is recommended that the children wear play clothes fully expecting that they may get soiled, and for their own safety, rubber soled shoes. Please label all outer clothing (coats, hats, mittens, boots, etc.) Please bring a spare change of clothing, in a bag, clearly marked with your child's name.
Toddler Program children need a week's supply of diapers, wipes, and extra clothing all clearly labeled.

Please do not bring your child to school if he/she is ill. We specifically urge you to keep your child home if he/she:
Contact the teacher if your child will be absent. Also, if your child contacts any contagious or dangerous
disease, (chicken pox, measles, pinkeye, strep throat, scarlet fever, lice, etc.) the school should be notified
promptly. In this way, the parents/guardians of the classmates may be notified concerning the exposure of their child.
If the symptoms of illness become evident during the school session, the parent/guardian will be promptly notified so
that the child may be taken home and cared for. The staff will not administer medication of any kind in connection with
the treatment of disease or illness.

To celebrate you child's birthday at school, you may bring in a special treat for the class. Please notify and
discuss appropriate snacks in advance with the teacher.

Individual conferences are held twice during the year. You will be notified of these but feel free to
contact the teacher at any time you have a question.

In an emergency the children will be brought to Janet Lundgren's house, 159 Lake Avenue (2 houses east from Nelson
Ave. on the same side of the street as the church). Parents/guardians will be notified in the case of an emergency
and a staff person will be with the children at all times until you pick up your child.

The school year runs from September through June, and will follow the Saratoga Springs City School District Calendar.
A school calendar will be provided on opening day.

In case of severe weather, the school will follow school closings and delayed openings for the Saratoga Springs
City School District. For one-hour delayed openings due to weather conditions, the children in the 9:00 am class
will come in at 10:00 am. In case of two hour delays, classes are cancelled. St. Paul's C.C.C. closings are also
broadcast on TV Channel 13.

The Three Year Old class will have no more than 14 children and the Four Year Old class will have no more than
16 children. The Pre-K class will have no more than 12 children. Each class will have one teacher and one aide.

In the Extended Day Program there will be more than 18 children with one teacher and two assistants. In the Toddler
Program, there will be no more than 10 children with one teacher and one assistant.

In addition to the general information on illness, please note that in the Extended Day Program
and Toddler Program, the staff IS able to administer medication, in its original container, to a child if
necessary. A doctor's note and parental permission note must be provided for any "over the counter" or prescription
medication that is ingested. (for example, Tylenol, Orajel, cough syrup, etc.)
For "over the counter" topical applications, diaper ointment & topical creams, a parental permission
note is necessary.

Snacks will be provided for Extended Day Program and Toddler Program children. Please have your child bring a lunch.
In the Toddler Program, sippy cups will be used rather than bottles or pacifiers. Please label sippy cups and let
the staff know if you would like it or any lunch items refrigerated.

Children are required by state regulations to rest each day. A mat will be provided and each child will be
encouraged to rest. Parents are asked to launder children's bedding weekly.

Tuition for the entire week as scheduled on a child's enrollment form is due and payable in advance not later than
Monday morning of each week. Tuition can not be reduced for an occasional absence, but time off in blocks of at least
a week - usual vacation periods for example - can be scheduled with two weeks advance notification. If prior notice
is not given, the full tuition rate will be charged. You are given two weeks of vacation each year your child is in
attendance where tuition is not required.
Extended Day and Toddler Programs require a security deposit of $150 or $160 (one week's tuition) paid prior to enrollment.
